Returns
At Blankozy™, we want you to be completely cozy with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Below you will find our policy on returns and refunds.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging (including the controller/cords).
2. Non-Returnable Items (Sale Policy)
Please read carefully: Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items (such as Black Friday Deals, Winter Sale, or items purchased with a discount code of 20% or higher) are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you must contact us at support@blankozy.com.
Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
6. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@blankozy.com.
Important: To process a claim for a damaged item, we require clear photos and/or a video of the issue.
Please note: To prevent fraudulent claims, we reserve the right to require the damaged item to be returned to us for a technical inspection before a refund or replacement is issued. If the inspection reveals that the damage was caused by user misuse (such as cut marks from opening the package, water damage, or wear and tear), the claim will be denied.
